Penny stocks can move fast and be highly volatile. To be successful, you need to make a list of stocks to watch — and potentially trade — every day.
As you start your week, remember…
Daily reminder to ALWAYS take profits into strength, ignore promoters, newbies & idiots who overstay & go down with the ship on FAR too many pumps galore. My top students & I almost ALWAYS sell our runners too soon, but we lock in safe profits which add up to millions over time!

Goldman Sachs approved of Bitcoin as an investable asset. But the top cryptocurrency fell hard over the weekend before bouncing in early trading today. That could affect the first stock on this week’s top penny stocks watchlist.
Financial pundits are talking about inflation. Keep an eye on how the overall markets react to more inflation news.

Top Penny Stocks List Weekly Update: May 24, 2021
OTC pink companies are scrambling to meet the deadline for ‘current pink’ status on OTC Markets. That’s creating an interesting backdrop for promoters, Twitter pumpers, and sketchy CEOs. We’ll start with OTCs and then move on to listed stocks…
Top OTC Markets Penny Stocks to Watch
Below is my OTC penny stocks list for the week starting May 24, 2021. Be sure to read everything so you understand the thought process that goes into my list.
Top Penny Stocks List Weekly Update #1: Majic Wheels Corp. (OTCPK: MJWL)
Majic Wheels is one of many OTCs scrambling to get current before new SEC rules go into effect in September. And, like many others, it’s pivoting to a new business model in the process.
On May 7, the company announced a move into fintech with a focus on digital currency. On May 21, it announced a letter of intent to buy a crypto exchange for $150 million.
CEO David Chong said, “This is a unique assortment of value propositions that we are able to bring into the company. With the pending acquisition of CGCX, our company will bring a Digital Asset Platform that brings value from the diversified business model and security to the clients through insurance and infrastructure offering services such as Crypto Exchange, Digital Custody Services and Token Listing Platform under one-fold. CGCX has been operating successfully since 2018 and we could not be more excited with this pending merger.”

The company also teased “more details next week” in this tweet last Friday.
Here’s the MJWL one-year chart…
MJWL hit a 52-week high of 0.0389 on Friday, closing up 122%. I traded it based on the company tweet. StocksToTrade Breaking News alerted it.* The tweet made it an upcoming news play. See details of my MJWL trades here.*
In a faster market, I might have held MJWL as it fit my OTC first green day pattern. But we’ve seen a lot of spikers fail and I didn’t want the stress of holding over the weekend. I’ll watch for both morning spikes and morning panics. Hint: one of the advantages to no position is I can react to whatever happens.
Top Penny Stocks List Weekly Update #2: New World Gold Corp. (OTCPK: NWGC)
New World Gold Corp. is supposedly in the business of gold ore exploration. But the company’s most recent financials are from 2014. The latest investor update is from 2016.
NWGC spiked on Friday after a push by shareholders to replace the company directors.
Here’s the NWGC one-year chart…
NWGC closed up 68% on Friday. It got a lot of weekend promoter chatter on Twitter. It’s worth watching for potential follow-up spikes. But it needs a big volume catalyst to be worth buying. I’m just watching for now.
Top Penny Stocks List Weekly Update #3: American Battery Metals Corporation (OTCQB: ABML)
American Battery Metals Corporation is a lithium-ion battery recycling company. It’s also going through the process of a name change to American Battery Technology Company.
On May 13, the company filed this 8-K announcing approval of a Conditional Use Permit from the City of Fernley, Nevada. The permit is a step toward full approval for a planned lithium battery recycling plant.
On May 20, the stock spiked on news the company applied for uplisting to the Nasdaq.
CEO Doug Cole said, “We believe listing our common stock on the NASDAQ will improve liquidity, increase our corporate visibility in the financial markets, and create shareholder value. We believe that listing on the NASDAQ is a natural progression for the Company and our shareholders.”
Read the full press release here.
Check out the ABML one-year chart…
The uplisting news helped ABML put together a 41% over two days to close the week strong. It also broke out over the multi-week high of $1.98 and held over $2.
ABML has also proved it can run for multiple days in the past. It’s worth watching as we’ve seen higher-priced runners lately.
Top Penny Stocks List Weekly Update #4: Samsara Luggage Inc. (OTCPK: SAML)
Samsara Luggage Inc. designs and sells luggage products. Its next-gen carry-on suitcase includes a built-in Wi-Fi hotspot.
On May 17, Samsara announced a 275% increase in Q1 earnings.
CEO Atara Dzikowski commented, “Samsara Luggage is off to an amazing start in 2021. We are particularly pleased with our first quarter results because we achieved them despite the ongoing challenges of the global pandemic. We continue to strengthen our networks and expand our Samsara Direct strategy to position us for success for the remainder of 2021 and beyond.”

Here’s the SAML one-year chart…
It took a couple of days, but the market reacted favorably to the company’s earnings news. SAML closed up 52% on Friday. It’s not an ideal play for me, but I’ll keep watching.
Top Listed Penny Stocks to Watch
Here are my listed penny stocks to watch for the week of May 24, 2021. These higher-priced plays are worth watching for continued running, ideally with news and volume.
Top Penny Stocks List Weekly Update #5: Creative Realities Inc. (NASDAQ: CREX)
Creative Realities is a digital marketing company.
CREX announced Q1 results on May 17. It had a nice after-hours run on Friday after a promotional piece on a known promoter website.
Here’s the CREX one-year chart…
CREX spiked from $1.50 to $2.58 per share in premarket trading today before pulling back. I’ll watch as it’s getting touted as a stock to buy on Robinhood. Let’s see how well the promo works.
